We are seeking skilled Terrazzo Workers and Finishers to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Create designs and specifications for artificial marble surfaces.
• Collaborate with the production team on finishing processes and techniques.
• Ensure all products conform to aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Assist with the training of junior employees in production techniques.
• Document and report production metrics to management.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.

Experience

• Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Resin Mixing and Application
• Machine Maintenance

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Organizational Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Advanced Marble Techniques: Deep understanding of advanced techniques in artificial marble production.
• Certification in Machinery Operation: Preferred certification in operating advanced production machinery.
