You will evaluate land for agricultural use, market properties, and negotiate deals while ensuring that all transactions align with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through regulatory requirements for agricultural properties.
• Facilitate open houses and property tours for potential buyers.
• Implement effective sales strategies to close deals.
• Collaborate with financial institutions to assist clients in securing loans.
• Keep accurate records of transactions, client communications, and market data.
• Attend industry events and networking functions to grow professional connections.
• Provide insights on trends affecting farmland and ranches.
• Assist in developing promotional campaigns for the agency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications or designations preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in agricultural real estate sales is preferred
