As a Glazier / Window Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and advising clients on window treatments. Your ability to interpret design needs and execute installations with precision will enhance the quality of our services and elevate our clients’ spaces.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the selection of window treatments to meet their needs.
• Perform detailed measurements for accurate product fitting.
• Install window treatments, ensuring quality and durability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate installations.
• Document the process and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
• Stay updated on the latest window treatment styles and installation techniques.
• Provide post-installation support and address any client concerns.
• Manage a safe and organized work environment.
• Provide training and support to junior team members.
• Create visually appealing presentations of window treatment options for clients.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in interior design or home furnishing is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in related installation work.

Technical Skills

• Hand and Power Tools Usage

Languages

• English: Fluent
