Vacuum Caster

Job Description

As a Vacuum Caster, you will play a crucial role in our production team by operating casting equipment and ensuring the quality of castings meets industry standards. Commitment to teamwork and excellence is key.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate casting machines for each production batch.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational.
• Source and prepare raw materials for casting.
• Train new team members on casting processes and equipment usage.
• Respond to equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Participate in quality control audits and implement improvements.
• Keep accurate production records and report to management.
• Work with engineering teams to develop new casting methodologies.
• Facilitate communication between production and quality assurance teams.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on casting.
