Job Description

As a Curtain Mender at Quality Drapery Designs, you will be responsible for repairing, altering, and maintaining a variety of curtains and drapes. We are looking for a skilled individual with a passion for textiles and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Assess curtain quality and determine necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with designers on new projects requiring curtain installations.
• Train and mentor junior staff members in sewing and repair techniques.
• Document all repair work and customer interactions.
• Conduct market research on current trends in curtain styles and materials.
• Participate in promotional events to showcase our services.
• Develop effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in Fashion Design or related field is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curtain alterations and repairs.

Languages
