Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Entertainment and Recreation Manager to oversee the operations of our amusement park. The ideal candidate will manage park staff, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and develop marketing strategies to enhance visitor experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute operational plans for high guest satisfaction.
  • Optimize staff scheduling to meet park demands and peak times.
  • Facilitate team-building workshops to enhance staff morale.
  • Research and implement sustainability practices within park operations.
  • Engage with community groups and organizations to promote park offerings.
  • Regularly report to upper management on operational efficiency and guest experience metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Relevant certifications in Entertainment Management are a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing recreational facilities or parks
