Job Description

As a Diagnostics Engineering Specialist, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical systems and equipment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to devise and apply effective diagnostic strategies that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills and an ability to think critically about complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze technical problems in various complex systems.
• Develop and implement innovative diagnostic strategies and solutions.

• Perform diagnostic testing and analysis on a broad range of equipment.
• Create and maintain thorough technical documentation and reports.

• Train and mentor junior engineers on best diagnostic practices.
• Support the development of technical standards and guidelines.
• Initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in diagnostics engineering or related field
