We are seeking a talented Architect to join our dynamic team in Baltimore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative structures and overseeing the construction process to ensure quality and sustainability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the architectural design process for various projects.
• Stay updated on new technology and materials that can enhance design.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses for new projects.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all designs and drawings.
• Facilitate collaboration with internal and external team members.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze project workflow to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural projects

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Sustainable Design

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• LEED AP BD+C
• Registered Architect (RA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Strong knowledge of local building codes: Familiarity with Maryland's building codes and regulations.
• Experience with public sector projects: Background in working with government contracts and public projects.
