• Evaluate and select materials suitable for mechanical projects.
• Create maintenance and repair documentation for mechanical systems.
• Ensure all projects adhere to technical specifications and timelines.
• Aid in the training of junior engineers and interns.
• Conduct research to improve current processes and systems.
• Actively participate in project meetings to discuss progress and obstacles.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related discipline

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering projects

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
