Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our expanding team in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing electrical systems and components to enhance performance and efficiency in various projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Work on design reviews and modifications as required.
  • Perform calculations to establish necessary system specifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project proposals.
  • Ensure all designs comply with quality standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical system design
