Responsibilities

• Help prepare properties for seasonal transitions.
• Engage in routine landscape maintenance tasks, including weeding and mulching.
• Support the planting of new trees and shrubs as needed.
• Provide feedback on project completion and suggest improvements.
• Actively participate in team meetings and provide input on projects.
• Recognize risks in the work environment and act to mitigate them.
• Uphold company standards for cleanliness and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in landscaping or related field.

Technical Skills

• Pesticide Application
• Irrigation Systems

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in pesticide application: If you're certified to apply pesticides, it’s a plus.
