Filter Tank Tender Helper

Job Description

As a Filter Tank Tender Helper, you will assist in the operation and maintenance of filter tanks. Ensure efficient and uninterrupted water filtration by supporting the Filter Tank Tender in executing daily maintenance tasks and monitoring tank performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of filter tanks and associated equipment.
• Document and report daily operational activities.
• Assist in repairs and replacement of equipment components when necessary.
• Participate in safety meetings and trainings.
• Conduct routine inspections of water filtration systems to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members for operational improvements.
• Ensure all safety regulations are followed during operations.
• Play an active role in team activities and training sessions.
• Assist in the reporting of maintenance tasks and inventory levels.
• Support the team in meeting operational targets.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in water treatment or related field is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience in similar roles preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of SCADA systems
• Use of hand tools

Soft Skills

• Physical stamina
• Communication

Certifications

• Certification in Water Treatment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in water treatment: Additional credentials in water filtration or related areas.
• Experience in industrial maintenance: Prior experience in maintenance roles within industrial settings.
