Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Feeder and Offbearer who will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of our fusing operations. In this role, you will feed materials into the machine, monitor production, and carry out inspections to ensure quality. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for textiles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that materials are properly aligned before feeding them into the machine.
• React swiftly to machine abnormalities and take corrective action.
• Maintain a clean working environment and manage material inventory.
• Adhere to production schedules and report any delays.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Provide feedback on machine performance to the management team.
• Keep accurate records of production runs and quality checks.
• Communicate effectively with quality control inspectors.
• Assist in the training of new employees on operational procedures.
• Participate in safety drills and contribute to a culture of safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating fusing machines or similar equipment.

Technical Skills

• Fusing technology

Languages

• English: Fluent
