Job Description

We're on the lookout for Telecommunications Engineering Specialists to manage and improve our messaging systems. This role requires expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and efficient messaging solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage messaging security protocols.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for messaging systems.
• Develop and implement policies for data retention and security.
• Work with vendors to evaluate and implement new messaging technologies.
• Conduct regular audits of messaging systems and prepare reports for management.
• Assist in training staff on messaging system functionality.
• Evaluate and improve messaging system performance.
• Create and maintain system diagrams and operational documentation.
• Participate in cross-functional projects that involve messaging solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Industry certifications such as MCSE or CLP preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting messaging systems.
