Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telecommunications Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment at customer locations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations and repairs on various telecommunications systems.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems over the phone or in-person.
• Document service calls and maintain detailed records of work performed.
• Train clients on the effective use of equipment and services.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
• Adapt to changing workloads and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma
• Technical Certification in Telecommunications is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications or field service

Technical Skills

• Electronics Skills
• Hydraulic and Pneumatic Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Adaptability

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification
• Telecommunications Installer Certification is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Conversational
