Chemical Equipment Operators and Tenders

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Equipment Operator to manage and operate our Mercury Washer and associated cleaning equipment. You will ensure that safety protocols are adhered to while maximizing efficiency in our industrial cleaning processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on the Mercury Washer to ensure proper functionality.
• Adhere to established cleaning procedures and protocols for hazardous materials.
• Support team efforts in achieving operational goals and maintaining a safe workplace.
• Review safety guidelines and update protocols as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a technical program in chemical handling is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in similar roles preferred

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
