We are currently seeking experienced Hoist and Winch Operators to handle dry materials within a fast-paced logistics environment. In this role, you will be responsible for safely loading and unloading materials, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean work area. Your contribution is vital to the seamless operation of our logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate hoist and winch equipment to handle dry materials.
• Monitor material quality during transfer processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with audits.
• Train new staff on material handling best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices.
• Communicate with logistics teams to coordinate material transfers.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Keep updated on equipment operation changes and improvements.
• Report any accidents or safety concerns immediately.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics or material handling

Languages
