Job Description

As an Aircraft Service Attendant with us, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers and crew on the ground. Your responsibilities will range from aircraft servicing to providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft fueling and defueling operations to ensure timely departures.
• Assist with aircraft parking, marshaling, and towing to ensure safe operations.
• Conduct routine inspections of ground support equipment and perform necessary maintenance.
• Manage aircraft servicing including lavatory services and potable water refills.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on fuel and maintain logs.
• Provide support with baggage handling and cargo management.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service to passengers and crew members.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a tidy working environment.
• Assist with inventory control of supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with airport personnel for efficient ground operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• FAA Line Service Technician Certification (preferred)

Experience

• Preferred experience in aviation ground handling or a related field.

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR certification (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent
