Job Description

As a Fiberglass Laminator and Fabricator at Composite Solutions Inc., you'll play a crucial role in the production of high-quality composite components. You'll engage in bonding and assembly tasks, working closely with other team members in the dynamic aerospace sector.

Responsibilities

  • Execute composite bonding operations according to company standards.
  • Prep materials efficiently for bonding and assembly.
  • Ensure precise application of adhesives and other materials.
  • Manage tools and machinery related to the fabrication process.
  • Conduct quality inspections on completed products.
  • Identify and address bonding discrepancies promptly.
  • Keep work areas tidy and follow strict safety measures.
  • Work with team members to optimize workflow.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Certification in composite materials is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of composite assembly experience.
