Job Description

Join us as an Employer Installation Specialist, where you'll be responsible for installing and configuring software platforms. Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot tech issues, deliver stellar customer service, and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales and account management teams to gather requirements for new employer setups.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for software installations.
• Conduct system tests to ensure proper configurations.
• Document installation processes and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Train clients on system functionality and effective usage.
• Collaborate with tech support for ongoing maintenance.
• Adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
• Ensure compliance with installation policies and procedures.
• Manage project timelines to meet client deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in software installation and configuration

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing software setup role

Technical Skills

• InstallShield
• Database Management (SQL Server, Oracle)
• Networking Protocols (TCP/IP, DNS)

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Professional certifications related to software installation

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with software migrations and upgrades: Prior experience in managing software migrations and major upgrades.
