Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Austin team. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they maximize the value from our solutions while building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Ensure a seamless transition for customers from sales to support.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess customer health.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure alignment with their objectives.
  • Facilitate customer feedback sessions to improve product offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a related discipline
Experience
  • 5+ years in customer success with experience in SaaS environments
