Responsibilities

• Install solar PV systems on rooftops and ground mounts.
• Perform site surveys to assess installation feasibility.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to optimize designs.
• Maintain compliance with local and national electrical codes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality work.
• Manage installation schedules and project timelines effectively.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in solar panel installation and maintenance

Technical Skills

• Expertise in solar panel installation
• Experience with solar monitoring systems

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Solar Installer (NABCEP) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
