As a Mallet Cutter, you will be tasked with cutting and shaping mallets using advanced woodworking tools and techniques. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will contribute to ensuring our products meet high quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively for mallet production.
• Maintain equipment to ensure efficient operation and safety.
• Assist in training new employees on safe and efficient work practices.
• Document production processes and maintain records.
• Troubleshoot any issues with mallet production and materials.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in woodworking or a related field

Technical Skills

• Woodworking Tools

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC Machines: Hands-on experience operating CNC machines for precision cutting.
