We are seeking a skilled Motorcycle Mechanic to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in bike mechanics, with experience in repairing and maintaining various motorcycle brands. Excellent customer service skills are a must as you'll be interacting with customers to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Manage inventory and order needed parts for repairs.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in all aspects of work.
• Mentor junior mechanics and provide guidance when required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• College diploma in automotive or motorcycle technology preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of motorcycle shop experience

Technical Skills

• Electrical knowledge

Certifications

• Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
