Responsibilities

  • Create and manage project timelines and deliverable schedules.
  • Facilitate communication between clinical teams and external partners.
  • Analyze project data and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.
  • Coordinate site selection and patient recruitment efforts.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimize project setbacks.
  • Assist in developing systems and processes for project tracking and reporting.
  • Evaluate project progress through regular meetings and updates.
  • Mentor junior project staff as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Clinical Research, Health Sciences)
  • Advanced degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical trials or project management
