Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Semiconductor Processing Technician to oversee all aspects of crystal machining operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production methods while maintaining high-quality output standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage crystal machining operations according to production schedules.
• Ensure that all resources, including tools and personnel, are effectively utilized.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to identify and implement process improvements.
• Update production records and manage quality control data.
• Conduct quality inspections to confirm adherence to specifications.
• Train staff on crystal machining techniques and provide ongoing support.
• Stay informed about industry advancements and recommend technology upgrades.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
• Resolve production setbacks to minimize downtime and ensure targets are met.
• Work with other departments to solve technical issues and improve product quality.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree or certification in machining or related field is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing is advantageous.
