We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our Chicago team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in troubleshooting technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining IT systems to ensure operational efficiency. This role involves managing support tickets, guiding users through technical issues, and collaborating with other departments to enhance our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues for end-users.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and perform regular updates.
• Provide feedback on system performance and user experience improvements.
• Assist in planning and implementing IT infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop new systems and processes.
• Provide backup support for other IT staff during peak periods.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in technical support roles
