Job Description

We are looking for skilled Metal Workers and Plastic Workers to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will operate coiling machines, focusing on producing high-quality wires and cables while adhering to safety standards and ensuring efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with machinery.
• Work in conjunction with the quality control department to maintain product standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
• Provide feedback on machinery performance and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge in Lean principles and practices would be advantageous.
• Forklift Certification: Certification in operating forklifts is a plus.
