We are seeking an experienced Epoxy Installer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing epoxy flooring in commercial and residential settings. Responsibilities

• Lay down epoxy flooring and execute repairs as required.
• Prepare and clean installation surfaces, ensuring they are ready for epoxy application.
• Mix and pour epoxy materials as per specifications.
• Utilize appropriate tools and techniques for a flawless finish.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and quality control measures.
• Maintain an organized work area and manage equipment upkeep.
• Engage clients throughout the project to ensure satisfaction.
• Calculate and provide estimates for project timelines and costs.
• Document time spent and materials used for each job.
• Ensure punctuality in project completions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2 years of experience in epoxy flooring installations

Technical Skills

• Mixing epoxy resin
• Use of flooring tools

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certification in Flooring Installation

Languages

• English: Fluent
