Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Excavating Machine Operator to join our Dallas team. This role involves operating various excavating machines for construction projects, including digging, grading, and loading materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and control excavating machines for various construction projects.
• Dig trenches, foundations, and other excavations as per specified dimensions.
• Unload materials using the machine's bucket or other attachments efficiently.
• Ensure readiness of machines by performing pre-operation inspections.
• Collaborate with other construction personnel for smooth project execution.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean work site.
• Document work accomplished and any maintenance performed on machinery.
• Troubleshoot any minor issues with excavating machines as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience working on large-scale construction projects preferred.
