Job Description

Equine Care Specialists is looking for a skilled Equine Veterinarian to provide exceptional medical care to our patients. Work closely with a team of passionate professionals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough diagnostic tests and evaluations.
  • Develop effective treatment plans for various equine health issues.
  • Execute surgical interventions when required, ensuring patient safety.
  • Educate clients about their horses' health and preventative measures.
  • Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.
  • Work as part of a team to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest veterinary technologies and techniques.
  • Engage in community outreach and client education programs.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • DVM from an accredited veterinary institution
  • Postgraduate qualification in Equine Medicine is preferable

  • 3+ years of equine clinical experience
