Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor in our production department, you will coordinate daily operations, manage a team of production workers, and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and staff performance.
• Train and develop production team members for optimal outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with quality control and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and processes.
• Address and troubleshoot production issues promptly.
• Facilitate communication between departments for seamless operations.
• Prepare reports on production schedules and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in production management or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
