Job Description

As a Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing Clerk, you will play a vital role in managing financial records and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions for our clients. Your expertise will support both our internal accounting team and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactions and ensure all entries are correct and logged promptly.
• Coordinate with the accounting team to manage records efficiently.
• Generate financial statements and assist in reporting activities.
• Support the team in managing budgets and financial planning.
• Maintain partnerships with client representatives for financial accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Engage in audit processes and prepare necessary documentation.
• Complete other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience in finance or accounting

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Microsoft Excel
• QuickBooks

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills

Certifications

• CPA certification preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field: Further education in finance or accounting is preferred.
• Experience with government contracts and/or grants: Familiarity with financial regulations for public funding.
• Experience with financial analysis and modeling: Ability to conduct financial forecasting and budget planning.
