Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Salt Lake City. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions. You will play an essential role in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient physical abilities and limitations.
  • Create evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Implement therapeutic activities to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
  • Instruct patients on home exercises and post-treatment care.
  • Document progress and outcomes for all patient treatments.
  • Collaborate with case managers and insurance representatives.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to all patients and their families.
  • Participate in professional organization activities and contribute to best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a physical therapy role preferred
