We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls Specialist to join our dynamic team in New York City. The ideal candidate will manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures and creating forecasts.
• Generate and maintain reports on project status, including progress and resource utilization.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align project schedules with organizational goals.
• Conduct regular reviews of project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Train team members on project controls software and methodologies.
• Support the Director of Project Management in strategic planning and project execution.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans proactively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction project controls

Technical Skills

• Oracle
• PowerBI

Languages

• English: Fluent
