Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Investment Banking Associate to join our Boston team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for advising clients on M&A transactions. This role involves extensive research, financial modeling, and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed industry and market research.
• Build complex financial models to project future performance.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books and client presentations.
• Prepare detailed valuation analyses and financial models.
• Engage in financial due diligence and assist in transaction structuring.
• Support senior bankers in client meetings and negotiations.
• Monitor and report on financial performance and market conditions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis
