Job Description

We are seeking an Actuary with strong analytical skills to join our insurance team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing financial risks, analyzing data trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze financial risks using data and predictive modeling techniques.
• Develop and maintain pricing models for various insurance products.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to improve product offerings.
• Monitor market trends and economic indicators to adjust models and assumptions.
• Participate in regulatory reviews and compliance efforts related to insurance products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, or financial analysis
