Job Description

Join our manufacturing team as a Chemical Equipment Operator and be responsible for operating and maintaining coagulating bath equipment. The successful candidate will monitor processes closely, ensure quality standards are met, and collaborate with other operators to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the operation of coagulating bath systems.
• Regularly check and document the parameters of the coagulation process.
• Work with quality control teams to ensure products meet specifications.
• Participate in equipment calibration and maintenance routines.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance and quality assurance.
• Monitor work area for hazards and assist in maintaining a clean workspace.
• Actively promote safety practices among colleagues.
• Assist in the training and mentorship of junior staff.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
