Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Electrical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the repair, installation, and maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of production systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on electrical systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Install electrical fixtures and systems in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance system performance.
• Assist in planning and executing electrical maintenance projects.
• Monitor and maintain inventory for electrical repair supplies.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Work with engineering teams to support new equipment installations.
• Actively participate in safety meetings and training sessions.

Advantageous

• Experience with robotics and automation systems: Hands-on experience with automated production lines and robotic systems.
• Knowledge of variable frequency drives (VFDs): Experience in working with VFDs for motor control applications.
