Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Keyers to join our claims support team. In this role, you will play a key part in processing claims and ensuring accurate documentation to enhance our efficiency.
Responsibilities
Enter and verify data into claims management systems.
Maintain and update records accurately and promptly.
Respond to inquiries from clients and internal staff regarding claims status.
Conduct quality checks and audits on processed claims.
Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
2-4 years of experience in administrative roles, specifically in claims processing or insurance.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

English: Fluent
