We are seeking a knowledgeable Health Informatics Specialist who will focus on providing training and ongoing support to healthcare staff on clinical systems. This role entails the creation of training materials that facilitate easy understanding and application of technology in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging training materials for clinical systems.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance user knowledge.
• Evaluate the impact of training through user feedback and assessments.
• Assist in onboarding new staff regarding clinical systems.
• Collaborate with management to adapt training strategies based on user needs.
• Document training methodologies and develop best practice guidelines.
• Utilize e-learning tools and platforms for virtual training.
• Support healthcare staff in integrating technology into their daily routines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related discipline
• Master's degree in Healthcare Informatics preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare technology training

Languages
