Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Data Engineer to join our growing team in Denver, CO. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of our data for analytics purposes. Your role will directly impact our ability to leverage data for strategic decisions and drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Create and refine data models to improve reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Assess new data technologies and implement best practices.
  • Coordinate with software engineers to integrate data systems within applications.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to inform key stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor junior data engineers to enhance team capabilities.
  • Assist in the design and execution of experiments to optimize data workflows.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
  • Master's degree in a specialized field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles with strong ETL knowledge
