Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator and Tender, you will be responsible for creating and molding soles for footwear products. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines to produce high-quality soles for footwear.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Handle and distribute materials needed for production.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance.

Requirements

Education

• Formal training or apprenticeship as a Sole Molder

Experience

• Experience in the footwear industry is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Blueprint reading
• Tool operation

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration

• Experience with various materials: Knowledge of working with rubber, leather, and synthetic materials.
