We are seeking an Earth Driller who will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of water wells, ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drilling operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Utilize GPS and surveying equipment to identify ideal drilling locations.
• Maintain drilling logs and ensure adherence to environmental regulations.
• Train junior staff on drilling techniques and safety protocols.
• Manage equipment inventory and coordinate repairs as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in well drilling or a related field preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in well drilling or related fields
