Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support and IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, versatile technical know-how, and the ability to work well in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer support issues with a positive and efficient approach.
  • Assist with systems upgrades and validation.
  • Implement and maintain the backup and recovery strategies.
  • Analyze data for IT improvements and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage project timelines.
  • Keep documentation of processes and procedures current.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about new technologies.
  • Organize and lead training sessions for staff on new technologies.
  • Provide second-level support as necessary and troubleshoot more complex issues.
  • Assume responsibility for projects aimed at improving user experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate degree in Information Technology
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support
