We are on the lookout for a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our Detroit team. In this role, you'll engage in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting that will drive key business decisions. Your expertise will help shape the financial strategy and support our growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling to evaluate new business opportunities.
• Create presentations for financial results meetings.
• Analyze variances from budgets and forecasts.
• Support capital budgeting processes and decision-making.
• Conduct scenario analysis for strategic projects.
• Participate in cross-departmental financial initiatives.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and profit enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field

Certifications
