Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of molding machines to minimize cycle time
• Develop and implement process improvement plans
• Conduct quality checks and document results
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in planning maintenance schedules and upgrades for equipment

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree in Plastics Engineering preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in plastic injection molding required, supervisory experience a plus
