Heddler

Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Heddler to operate weaving machinery and ensure the production of high-quality woven fabrics. The successful candidate should possess a solid understanding of the textile manufacturing process and be committed to maintaining our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize weaving machinery to produce fabric from pre-defined specifications.
• Perform quality assurance checks on output fabrics.
• Input production data into computer systems.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely operations.
• Report any quality concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for production processes.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certification in textile manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a textile manufacturing role

Technical Skills

• Weaving Machine Maintenance
• Textile Production Processes

Soft Skills

• Strong Communication Skills
• Mechanical Aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to read technical specifications: Skill in interpreting technical specifications for fabric production.
