We are seeking skilled Woodworking Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dedicated manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in setting up and maintaining machines, ensuring efficient production processes, and collaborating with fellow team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup and operation of woodworking machines.
• Document and communicate production output and quality results.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and practices to minimize workplace hazards.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in manufacturing technology preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in woodworking or similar manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• CNC Machine Operation
• Schematic interpretation

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification
• OSHA Safety Training Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with robotics: Knowledge of robotic automation in woodworking processes.
• Quality assurance experience: Experience in quality assurance and control processes in a manufacturing setting.
