MEMS Device Scientist

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled MEMS Device Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the research, development, and optimization of MEMS devices, including sensors and actuators. Your expertise will help us push the boundaries of technology and drive innovative solutions in various applications.

Responsibilities

• Model, simulate, and characterize MEMS devices leveraging cutting-edge CAD software.
• Implement novel fabrication processes for MEMS devices improving both efficiency and reliability.
• Engage in teamwork to analyze and troubleshoot MEMS device performance issues.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and reporting standards for all experiments and findings.
• Drive initiatives to ensure compliance with industry-specific quality management systems.
• Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers in MEMS technologies.
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to align on project objectives and milestones.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Ph.D. in MEMS-related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in MEMS design and fabrication is preferred.
